Sunao two-story villa 40 meters from the sea. On the floor a has a living room with TV and sofa bed. Also on this floor has a kitchen with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything from stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, juice machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, etc.

On the second floor there is another living room with sofa bed and also the master bedroom.

Both floors have a bathroom.

The villa has the characteristic that you can hear the waves of the sea but at the same time it doesn't let in the noise from the street. So although in the historic center, you have your privacy and quietness guaranteed.
